Hi there! I'm Jodi (the owner, cook, baker, waitress, dishwasher, etc. of annajo's bistro). Together with two of my sisters, Anna and Agatha, the restaurant opened on March 4, 2011.

I became the sole owner of annajo's bistro in  August 2014! It has been an amazing adventure and quite the learning experience! I enjoy making as much as I can right here, including all breads and hamburger buns, salad dressings, desserts, and so much more.....!
